I had the name well before this blog, but it's a deliberate corruption of Kivas Fajo, a character on an episode from Star Trek: The Next Generation. The role of Fajo was played by Saul Rubinek.
The character doesn't really have any special significance to me, although it was an excellent episode. I just thought the name was neat.

My name means Lady of Light in Celtic. I chose it because my blog name means ravine of light and comes from LOTR.
I have a name because I went through this depression last year that manifested itself as paranoia and panic disorder ... I felt very vulnerable having my name out on the internet. So I picked a pen name and felt a lot better. Now it doesn't bother me, but I love my pen name so I keep it.

Wow, I am a trekkie and am ashamed that I didn't get your name right off the bat. I wish my name had a better story, but I just kind of felt it was right.
